Ideas for a speedy,effective and cost efficient education

Hi make the following post , these are my ideas , i want them to be implemented.

1)All offices and homes must be attached or must be at a walkable distance i.e., No transport must be required to go for office to home or home to office.Cities must be planned as such.

2)All colleges must have compulsory hostels and special permission must be given to depressed/home sick students who wish to live with family.The two above points will save tons of petrol from being consumed and will have a positive effect on Indian economy.

3)Websites like flipkart.com must be given more support technically and must rapidly expand , all online shopping websites must be integrated.All small & medium shops in CITIES must be integrated into the online websites compulsorily.The government must supply a small basic TABLET computer which help people who don't have money to buy daily items from these shopping websites.Those people who lose their jobs after the shops are closed will be given free training material(pdf files)  which can be read on their tablet computers provided.After a period of 6 months those all who have lost their jobs MUST write a test and get NEW JOBS.THE TRAINING AND JOBS WILL BE TECHNICAL EITHER MEDICINE RELATED OR ENGINEERING RELATED.The following shops must be closed:shops selling all kinds of Textiles shops selling all kinds of Electronic itemsshops selling all kinds of Shoes and accessories,Vegetable and non-veg selling shops and markets selling grocery items etc.Toy shops ,Shops selling baby products.Servicing shops for all electronic items.Real Estate Agencies, Jewellery shops And all of these online must allow COD-CASH ON DELIVERY , To prevent Prankers from ordering items to somebody else's address , a verification system is required -a 5 digit code will be sent to the customers mobile phone for confirmation of a set of purchases,which has to be entered in the webpage to confirm deal.A genuine reason must be for cancellation,If somebody plays a prank for more than 5 times , the person must pay a fine.Those who lose their employment in this process(from shops closing) and are unable to pass the tests(held by government for technical employment) must be made to transport goods from/to customer place to/from warehouse where these materials are sold.In case these people are still interested in studying they must be allowed to write a re-test after 6 months and will have to pay a small fee.There are many other jobs like Chef,house keeping,security guards etc for people unable to travel to deliver products due to age/handicap.For those who don't are interested in learning full time and want to pass these exams faster and are aiming for BETTER JOBS such as in D.R.D.O. etc must be given notes(pdf files) from IIT free of cost in a special reading hall where the person can study the notes,the person must not be allowed to take the computer on which he reads the notes provided out of this reading hall,no other electronic items must be allowed into this reading hall.This kind of reading hall must be available in every major city and town and village.The reading hall will have only fans and tube lights and 1 chair for each person.A small fee is taken from the readers for maintenance.a separate tablet computer for this reading hall users will be provided by the Government.this reading hall must be open 24 hours a day , 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The only people managing the reading hall will be highly trained security guards , a manual will be displayed in different languages for people who don't know how to use a tablet computer. Proper Hygiene in the Reading room must be maintained by the security guards.No canteen in the building housing the reading room . Only rest rooms will be present in one corner of the building housing the reading room on each floor.In tamil nadu,Laptops have been given to all college students but very few of the recipients of the laptop i know use it to listen to music and play games,watch movies !
My solution:Interactive software which  is based on psychometric analysis and mutates depending on the student to make the student more interested in learning is essential,otherwise building libraries and distributing laptops is of little use !To prevent terrorists from entering this building,Voter's ID card,Passport or a smart card issued by the library have to be produced everytime users enter the library.


If the Government does not undertake the task,then a private concern may follow the following steps to achieve:
Phase 1:Online shopping website.
Must include every single shop in the remotest part of the city,If a person in xyz street orders a packet of Lays online ,a message is forwarded to the shop in that street,that person sends the product to the customer.
The business firm has the option of providing & maintaining a delivery boy to the shop-keeper.
The customer can be pulled towards buying products by giving them Gifts when they purchased above Rs.10,000 in a stipulated period of "X" months,The gift can be a educational book,software,hardware,stationery item,music CDs etc
The business man can also tie up with major book manufacturers to provide CDs/books worth Rs.1000+ as free gifts possible when large number of people are eligible for the price.

Phase 2:
Every person directly connected as a staff to this online website , will get study material in the form of pdf (if interested).For future studies.

Phase 3:
Re-arrangement of city.

Reg: Better transportation  better safety for passengers of MTC bus.

The MTC buses must have Google's self - driving car software installed in them , 

with manual intervention which could be useful in case of failure.

A MTC bus commuter who is very sure will use MTC bus service for more than 100 days in a period of 4  months 

should be granted a bus pass before the period of 4 months or after the period of 4 months on submitting proof.

The passenger will be able able to get a refund of atleast Rs.200(If the route is longer ,more savings are possible).

Proof required to be submitted by passenger for refund of extra money:

The passenger can either submit tickets or MTC can implement the following technology which must be combined 

with the technology used by google in self driving car.

A device similar to a mobile phone must be provided in combination with the following technology:

An effective alternative to this is the system used by Apollo hospitals to track patients:

A sticker with a bar code is applied to the arm of the patients which is used for identification,similarly a complex bar code 

can be attached to the ID card/bus pass which also has photo graph of the person for whom the bus pass has been provided by MTC, 

so that the MTC BUS CONDUCTOR can simply scan the bar code and give a ticket or a duplicate bus pass if the person

is robbed of the original bus pass.

Also a mobile phone app can be introduced which will ease the commuter on the time remaining for a MTC bus 

to reach a particular bus stop.

The mobile app must provide the following details:

1)The MTC bus number that arrive at a particular bus stop in tamil nadu.

2)the time a MTC bus will take to arrive at a particular bus stop in tamil nadu.

3)The time a MTC bus with empty seats will arrive at a particular bus stop.

4)The *minimum* time taken by a MTC bus to reach a particular bus stop.With the help of (Google self driving)GPS, the *approximate* maximum time a bus will take to arrive

at a bus stop can also be calculated.Google's elf driving can calculate approximate time based on the speed of the vehicle even if it is manually controlled.

5)The app must be secure against hackers and free mobile anti-virus must be suggested to be downloaded,installed and scanned before this app is downloaded.

6)the app must be made available for different platforms , this can be done by introducing a multi-platform app or the A version of the same app for various platforms ranging from Android ,Ubuntu to Windows Phone.

In Addition to mobile phone app the following must be implemented on every MTC bus stop in chennai :

1)A large Led display displaying the following details must be made available:

 COLUMN 2 IS TO BE REPLACED BY "TIME LEFT FOR THE NEXT MTC BUS TO ARRIVE AT THIS MTC BUS STOP"
 COLUMN 3 IS TO BE REPLACED BY "NUMBER OF BUSSES OF THE NUMBER MENTIONED IN COLUMN 1 WILL BE ARRIVING IN THE TIME MENTIONED IN COLUMN 2"

    THE ALPHABETS IN DARK PINK FONT IN THE ABOVE PARAGH ARE TO BE REPLACED BY THE ALPHABETS IN GREEN FONT IN THE PLACE OF DARK PINK FONT IN THE LINE BELOW.

ADVANTAGES OF GOOGLE'S SELF DRIVING TECHNOLOGY WITH RESPECT TO MTC.

1)The technology will calculate the most fuel-efficient and fastest route from source to the destination, agreed that MTC buses

follow the same route every day,but their speed is not the same, Google's technology can vary the speed of the MTC bus 

to achieve fuel efficiency,speed of transportation,safety of passengers in extreme cases.

2)In case an ambulance is on it's way to a hospital,The speed of the MTC buses on their respective routes will be adjusted such

that the Ambulance is at it's fastest.

3)In case of an emergency within the MTC bus , the MTC bus can commute to the location where the critical nature of the emergency is at it's minimum.

4)Further development can be done to google's self driving technology by adding a method to detect the engine conditionas to detect any malfunction

due to which it may break down,so that the bus will be guided to the next bus stop while another bus is directed to the particular bus stop to commute passengers.

The MTC bus which is about to break down is safely guided to it's garage or to the side of the road.

5)Google's technology can be further improved by the following idea

(suggestion must be sent to google by the state government ,So that Google launches

such technology ASAP).

Keeping the engine of the MTC bus in working condition when it is about to be damaged 

and reverse the process of damage to the vehicle by using certain chemical solutions which can be stored in the vehicle

and can be let to the desired part of the engine to control the damage to the vehicle.

If the bar code cannot be used by the MTC,then MTC must provide a device like a basic mobile phone worth less than Rs.1000 INR having an IMEI number which can be tracked and retrieved on being robbed/lost.

The device must be capable of sending messages , making calls and must have a pre-installed app with the features of the app mentioned above.The firmware of this device must be very secure.

BENEFITS OF MAKING THE ABOVE IDEA A REALITY :

MAJORITY OF THE NON-TECH PUBLIC WHO DO NOT CARRY VALUABLE ITEMS DURING THEIR DAILY JOURNEYS WITHIN CITY LIMITS WILL SHIFT TO

Google has certain bugs due to which i am not getting perfect results while i combine two different domain names,Bug seems to hide universities even using advanced search.


Precautions to be followed in the second method:
Verify a url that appears in the search before clicking it using

After you find out the owner/organisation name , Google the owner/organisation name to find out whether such a university exists,If it Does ,You have got very good tutorial for the topic you have been searching !

How can this be Improved ?
A firefox add-on ,Chrome extension helping us verify the websites or a google feature which lists only webpages of Universities/colleges.
